Hybrid: 3 days in/2 from home

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Legal Biller to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This role demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to build effective relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A proactive approach to process improvement is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, prepare, and review client invoices.
• Process invoices using Pre-bill viewer.
• Handle a high volume of bills, especially during Collection Drive times.
• Liaise with the e-billing team and reconcile client billing portals.
• Maintain organized invoice folders and internal documentation.
• Respond promptly to billing-related emails and requests.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and annual audits.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in legal billing, preferably within a law firm.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, hands-on attitude.
• Proficiency in legal billing software and Windows-based programs.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of VAT and compliance rules.
