Working for this well-established commercial law firm, as Legal Cashier you’ll ensure transactions are processed efficiently, working closely with the client matter services team you’ll play an integral role in ensuring functionality and smoothness for all things legal finance.

Salary – Up to £27,000 Per Annum

Location – Liverpool + Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You will handle treasury transaction postings, including UK and international client and office payments, receipts, and inter-account transfers across 70+ UK bank accounts.

You’ll also look after daily bank reconciliations, trust account transactions, and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations. You will also assist international offices with finance support, process client transactions and bills, and respond to general finance queries.

Additional duties include accounts maintenance, disbursement editing, managing residual balances, and assisting with projects such as leaver audits and database updates. You’ll play a key role in reconciling bank accounts, resolving overaged items, and supporting routine accounts administration.

It would be beneficial for you to have experience in a similar role and some exposure to SRA regulations.
