Legal Cashier - Ambition Europe Limited : Job Details

Ambition are supporting an International law firm with their recruitment for a Legal Cashier. This is great opportunity to join an established team, within their London office on a permanent basis. The firm also offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.

The key duties will include;

• Performing daily/monthly reconciliations of the firms' office and client accounts
• Processing of Supplier and Professional Disbursement Invoices.
• Collating and processing of corporate credit card transactions/statements.
• Inputting of financial transactions for both office and client accounts in accordance with the SRA Accounts Rules.
• Performing daily transfers from client to office.
• Liaising with the billing team to ensure office credit balances are investigated and cleared as necessary.
• Other duties as required.

Successful candidates will have similar experience ideally within a law firm. Experience of legal systems are highly advantageous, particularly Aderant.
