This is a senior role, supporting the Board directly which will enable you to shape and drive this part of the business. **The role**

As Legal Counsel, you will be the single source for legal support, and you’ll enjoy working with a high degree of independence. You will thrive in advising the Board when reviewing all aspects of commercial contracts, including MSA’s, vendor, client, and personnel contracts. You will have experience of negotiating terms and conditions and be a strong influencer and team player. As well as contracts, you will on occasion be asked to advise on other commercial areas of the business. The role is a global one, so previous international exposure is required, together with experience within Oilfield Services.

· Proven background in a Legal Counsel/Contracts/Commercial law role

· Oilfield Services Experience

· Organised, detailed and self-managing

· Self-confident and forward thinking

· Excellent communicator and team player

· Flexible approach to work
