This is a fixed term contract for a Legal Counsel to join an International Business with offices based in Oxfordshire.

This company based in Oxfordshire offer a wide range of services to customers across the world.

Description

The Legal Counsel role will involve the following tasks:

• Act as first point of contact to different business units for any legal queries
• Advise on a wide range of legal issues relating to sales and operations
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, sales agreements, licence agreements etc
• Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risk

Profile

The successful candidate for the Legal Counsel role will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience of working in a similar commercial legal role
• Experience of working on contract across different countries would be an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

This is a Fixed term contract position.

Hybrid working is available- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
