Qualifications and Experience: * Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' PQE (Post-Qualification Experience). * Proven experience in commercial law, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. * Experience in logistics or defence law is highly advantageous. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
