Legal Counsel - 1+ PQE

Are you a Real Estate lawyer looking to work within a small in-house legal team within the development and construction world? If so, this newly created role could be an ideal career move.

Working alongside the Head of Legal, this role will see you be responsible:

• for the progression of all the plot sales transactions across their 4 global offices.
• for the supervision of external panel law firms
• for ensuring there is compliance with AML and KYC requirements
• assisting on wider development work including acquisition of new acquisition of new sites; facility agreements for acquisition finance, development finance, and investment finance;affordable offtake agreements with registered providers; commercial lettings;

This is a role that will allow you to work alongside a knowledgeable and expert legal team, and build your career, and to be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Qualified real estate solicitor with at least 1 year's post qualification experience (in-house or private practice)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management to provide high level of support to the team

Please note that this role is 5 days within the office and it is not a hybrid model.
