AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join them as a Legal Director.

You’ll be working in this Tier 1, Legal 500 team which represents a variety of clients in all sectors. This firm offers fantastic administrative and operational support and future equity status may be considered.

• Leases, sub leases and extensions
• Licenses
• Acquisition and disposal of land
• Property finance
• Mentoring of junior members of the team
