Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. - Focus Resourcing : Job Details

Our client is a well-established law firm and you would be joining a small, supportive team who enjoy working collaboratively. Working with another conveyancer you will managing an existing caseload, which will include, Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters and Re-Mortgages. Our client is seeking a candidate who can undertake a broad scope of Residential Property matters whilst demonstrating a tailor-made, proactive and commercial approach to your clients. This role is office based and does not have parking at the site.

The Person* A minimum of 2 years previous experience of working as a legal executive or licensed conveyancer.* Experience of running own caseload* A sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase and re-mortgage matters* Excellent client relationship skills* Able to handle matters from pre-exchange, to exchange and to completion* Ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually challenging environment* Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines* High level of professionalism and integrity* Ability and desire to meet targets and exceed expectations
