Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

• Previous Litigation Legal PA experience is essential for this role;
• Experience at Partner level is also essential for this role;
• Diary management and international travel planning experience, as this role involves extensive travel and diary management;
• Organisational skills;
• Billing and understanding of matter finance processes experience essential (3E desirable). This role will involve working with Counsel invoices and other disbursements;
• Proactive and solution focused in a fast-paced environment;
• A strong team player with experience of supporting multiple fee earners;

• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks;
