• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the partner
• Dairy and schedule management
• Working within the private client team
• Audio typing/minute taking
• Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
• Document management

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience within the legal or professional services industry
• Experience providing administrative support to executives
• Relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Audio typing experience
