LEGAL PA - Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment : Job Details

Hours: full time, hybrid

A Legal PA in Leeds is required for our client, a thriving national law firm. This is a varied Legal PA role in the Commercial Litigation department. As a PA, you will be an integral part in a supportive, energetic team, expanding upon previous experience.

Daily Duties

• Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
• Organising meetings, travel arrangements, hotels etc.
• Inbox management, preparing draft emails and correspondence
• Liaising with clients over the telephone and in person
• Preparation and amendment of documents and correspondence using MS office and case management
• Document management, e-filing and opening and closing client files
• Preparing Court bundles
• Dealing with billing, issuing invoices and any related client queries.

Required Skills

• Previous Legal PA experience is essential
• Experience within commercial litigation is desirable
• Experience of billing and organising litigation files is desirable.
