Legal PA - Birchrose Associates : Job Details

The FirmOur client, a leading London law firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their busy Corporate team.

The OpportunityThe successful Legal PA will be supporting partners and associates in the firm's Corporate department. This role will suit a Junior Legal Secretary/PA looking to take the next step in their career!

• Manage diaries, anticipating and handling all scheduling needs
• Prioritise, check, and summarise emails daily: create action points
• Arrange travel, including hotels and transport bookings
• Manage own workload, working independently and proactively
• Organise document management (file opening, archiving, and electronic/paper filing)
• Understand the billing process and assist with billing tasks using 3E
• Undertake typing tasks from dictation or handwritten changes
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients

This Legal PA role is a full time, hybrid role, working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

• Ideally experience supporting a Corporate team within a law firm
• At least 3 years' experience as a Junior Legal Secretary/PA within a law firm
