Legal PA - Knowledge Services

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global law firm to find them a Legal PA to join their London office and support the Knowledge Services team.

This role is integral to the daily operations of the Knowledge Services team. You’ll be tasked with supporting the knowledge management partners and wider team in a diverse and dynamic role. Duties include:

• Diary management and PA support
• Booking meeting rooms and travel
• Updating the firm’s knowledge database
• Providing reports and updates to the firm’s knowledgebase
• Assisting with general administrative tasks in the team

The perfect Legal PA - Knowledge Services will have a strong background working as a Legal PA and are keen to transition into Knowledge Services. Alternatively, you will have previous experience working in a knowledge team, demonstrating a clear understanding of legal knowledge services.

This is a permanent position with a highly competitive salary and hybrid working.
