Legal PA

A reputable Law firm based in the City seek an experienced Legal PA to join their Maritime Disputes team on a full time permanent basis.

Hybrid working: 3 in 2 home

Location: close to Liverpool Street station

Supporting Partners and Associates you will be required to:

• Manage diaries and coordinate meetings
• Coordinate business development activities
• Book global travel
• Assist in preparing pitches and presentations
• Prepare bills and assist with debt recovery
• Produce accurate documents
• Respond to emails
• Open/close matter files
• Take calls for the team
• Keep client contact lists up to date
• Assist in preparation of events
• Set up conference and video calls
• Mentor/coach junior assistants in the team
