Legal PA - Projects - Supporting Partner - Global Law Firm - £45k

My Client, an absolute power house within the Legal sector seek to add a pro active and forward thinking Legal PA to their award winning department.

They boast over 1,000 Lawyers across 15 offices across the globe. The firm are known for their cutting-edge Legal advice and innovative approach to their working environment where staff members have the opportunity to be creative and make a difference.

Projects department

Paying up to £45,000

Duties include:

• Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
• Email management.
• Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
• Time entry.
• Manage the billing process.
• Assistance with the BD activities.
