As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Legal Project Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:As a Legal Project Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing and executing legal projects from inception to completion. This includes managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and in alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, finance, and business leaders, to drive the success of high-priority legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee legal projects, ensuring deadlines are met, costs are controlled, and quality is maintained.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources across the legal department and other teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and progress to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency across the department.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, providing reports and forecasts as required.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (J.D. or advanced legal qualification preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in legal project management or a related role in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, project management principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and legal management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with legal technology platforms and legal operations.
  • Knowledge of legal billing systems and financial tracking.

Salary : 55000 - 110000
