Legal RemovalsLocation: UK, LondonLength: Start - 09/02/2025 End – 28/06/2025Rate: £36.54 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am – 6pmKey Responsibilities: Policy Launch & Cross-Functional Work:

• Lead full pieces of policy launches or cross-functional projects that make an impact with minimal guidance
• Work with teams to design, implement, and advocate for policy and standards to build trust and reduce risk for Our Client's

 Emerging Issues & Legal Updates:

• Monitor new issues, laws, and litigation updates. Own at least one area of workflow or project
• Independently plan and execute major project tasks and seek support from the team as needed

Problem-Solving & Challenges:

• Identify creative solutions to policy problems
• Address and resolve issues quickly when needed
• Break down complex issues and communicate solutions to management and stakeholders
• Recognize trends, anticipate challenges, and come up with strategies for unclear or ambiguous problems

 Collaboration & Influence:

• Work with different teams to share knowledge and contribute to team success
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and foster collaboration
• Promote a respectful and inclusive work culture
• Start showing leadership by engaging with external partners on policy issues and new policy approaches
• Coordinate timelines and objectives for your assigned projects

  Policy Implementation:

• Work with technical teams and vendors to support policy launches
• Understand how changes in policy affect systems, enforcement, and operations
• Ensure policies are designed for easy adoption by enforcement teams

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of policy development and implementation
• Ability to communicate policies clearly and concisely
• Understanding of the impact of policy changes on systems and enforcement
• Experience with end-to-end policy implementation, ensuring policies are operational and enforceable
