The Role:As an Executive Legal Secretary, you'll be at the heart of the operations, ensuring legal teams deliver outstanding service to high-profile clients. Your role will be dynamic, challenging, and rewarding-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare legal documents, including formations, resolutions, and affidavits.
• Handle filings with precision and meet key deadlines.

• Stay ahead of current Acts and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of corporate or dispute resolution legal PA support experience from reputable firms.
• Typing skills: 60-70 wpm with 98% accuracy.
• A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and strict confidentiality.
