Position: Legal Secretary
Our client adynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Sevenoaks, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Secretary to join their team and support their legal professionals in delivering a top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal executives.
- Managing and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Handling client inquiries and communications.
- Maintaining and updating client files and records.
- Performing general office duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
