We are looking for a dedicated Legal Secretary to join a prominent firm in the Housing Management & Property Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Secretary in our Birmingham department, providing essential support to a team of ten fee earners and ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
In this role, your responsibilities will include audio and copy typing, document processing, diary management, organizing travel itineraries, and maintaining accurate files.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in a legal secretary role, strong attention to detail, and a typing speed of 60+ wpm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
