• Assisting fee earners within the Residential Property division.
• Transcribing audio dictations and preparing legal documents.
• Opening and closing client files with precision.
• Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handling a variety of secretarial tasks to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborating closely with a compact team comprising 2 fee earners and 2 secretaries.  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven background as a Legal Secretary, preferably with experience in residential property.
• A strong team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with a talent for managing priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
