- Acting as the first point of contact for clients.

- Gathering information for cases by reviewing files, court records, or other sources.
6. Court Procedures and Filing
- Filing documents with the court in person or electronically.
- Keeping track of filing deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.
- Communicating with court clerks or opposing counsel when necessary.
7. Billing and Invoicing
- Assisting with billing by tracking billable hours for attorneys.
- Preparing invoices and managing payment follow-ups.
- Handling expense reports and financial records.
8. Administrative Tasks
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Taking dictation or typing up notes for attorneys.
- Performing general clerical tasks like photocopying, faxing, and mailing
