• Providing essential support to fee earners within the Residential Property department.
• Drafting legal documents and transcribing audio dictations.
• Opening and closing client files with attention to detail.
• Engaging with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently.
• Performing a range of secretarial tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Collaborating closely with a small team of 2 fee earners and 2 secretaries.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Solid experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within residential property law.
• A proactive, independent worker with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Highly organised, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
