Our clientawell-established law firm in Norwich, renowned for our commitment to providing exceptional legal services are seeking a legal secretary to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Handling telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintaining and updating client files and records.
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Private Client department.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
