This team collaborates with a diverse and exciting range of clients, including art collectors, dealers, museums, and galleries, providing support on both dispute resolution and transactional matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Diary management and meeting organisation
• Travel arrangements both nationally and internationally
• Support the fee earners with business development and marketing
• Preparation of documents, including legal documents, presentations and promotional materials
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Work closely with the finance team to coordinate the billing process
• Open new matters, liaising with clients to collate necessary documents

Key experience and skills:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary / PA ideally from a litigation background
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• This is a very busy team; therefore, it would suit a Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast paced environment
• The ability to work as part of a team
