Our client is a Law firm specialising in Family and probate. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their small busy team based in Westerham, Kent.
Duties include
- Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence and contracts
- Assisting with the management of client files and maintaining accurate records
- Typing legal correspondence, notes and dictations
- Managing appointments, hearings and deadlines for fee earners
- Laising with clients, solicitors and courts as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have previous experience working in a busy legal office
- Good working knowledge and terminology and document preparation
- Excellent and accurate typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information
