Legal Secretary - TN Recruits : Job Details

You will play a vital role in delivering top-tier, specialised assistance, managing client matters with expertise, and protecting their interests.Your Role Will Include:

• Engaging with clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Accompanying solicitors on client appointments
• Digital dictation and typing
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing case files and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience and confidence in handling sensitive client interactions
• A skilled Legal Secretary, ideally within vulnerable client or private client departments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Fast and efficient typing and audio transcription skills
• Experience with BigHand would be an advantage
• A proactive team player who is adaptable and eager to support colleagues
• Comfortable attending client meetings alongside fee earners
