Legal Secretary / PA - Ross-on-Wye - Up to circa £28,000A leading national law firm have a brand new opportunity for a skilled legal secretary / PA to join their private family law team. Applications are encouraged from those who have legal experience outside of family law. This is working closely with the Family Partner and Head of Team. Responsibilities:

• Managing the file opening process for the team
• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible
• Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
• Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
• Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
• Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners

About you:

• Previous solid experience a legal secretary / PA
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• With the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Fast and accurate typing (65 wpm)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc.)
