Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in the dynamic field of Probate law?We are working with a well-established and well-known law firm in Poole and are looking for a dedicated and skilled Legal Secretary to join their Probate Department starting in January. About the RoleAs a Legal Secretary in the Probate Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional and efficient support to the team of experts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a brilliant team of professionals, advising and assisting clients on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients both in person and over the telephone, delivering exceptional service.
- Managing diaries and ensuring appointments and deadlines are meticulously
organised.
- Typing legal documents with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Performing general administrative duties to support the team.
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Probate or similar legal department.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmSalary is dependent on experience but starting salary ranges from £22k - £26k per annum
