Job Description :

We are working with a leading law firm based in Taunton, who act on a range of public and private matters across the country. They have a fantastic opportunity and are looking for a Legal Services Administrator to join their team based at their Taunton office.

This role will be supporting the office to provide efficient and effective document processing duties, file management and general administration within the Business Support Centre;

  • Collecting post and distributing
  • Organising couriers
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Reception cover where necessary
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments
  • Printing and binding documents
  • Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries
  • Setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments to clients
  • Any other general office duties as required

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above or equivalent
  • Detail orientated with strong accuracy
  • Positive, hardworking and conscientious attitude
  • Professional nature
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated

Skills:

  • Must be able to demonstrate good communication
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Location: On site Taunton Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: Full Time Salary: Up to GBP24000 DOE

Salary : 16770 - 24000
