To monitor the Post Completion processes at Taylor Rose, by completing regular reports and assessing data.

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Managing a small team of post completion executives, ensuring their knowledge and work processes are consistently updated to industry standards.
  • Dealing with team escalations and enquiries
  • Escalating issues to the Professional Standards Manager /Head of Post-Completion Operations as appropriate
  • Working with the Professional Standards Manager /Head of Post-Completion Operations to review and improve post completion processes on an on-going basis.
  • Flex staff levels to cover busy periods and analyse inflow of work to ensure adherence to both targets and budgets.
  • Making lender panel applications and dealing with enquiries. Escalating to Professional Standards Manager and Heads of Department as appropriate.
  • Allocating mortgage offers to fee earners on LMS
  • Forwarding emails from lender exchange, recording urgent matter and monitoring responses
  • Chasing updates on LMS and lender exchange
  • Adding fee earners and users to Lender Exchange and LMS
  • Monitoring central inboxes
  • Organising group inbox.
  • Documenting common issues.
  • Preparing basic reports based on analysis and present to Management
  • General administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the post completion process
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Confident and professional at verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
