Academics are working with a Secondary School in Thame who are looking for a Lesson Cover Coordinator ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lesson cover across the school during teacher absences.
• Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans.
• Monitor student behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with staff and students to ensure lesson transitions run smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
