LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR BUSY DEPARTMENT

EXPERINCE IN LETTINGS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

SALARY £27,000

My client is seeking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to be based at the Property Management Department in Dartford. The successful applicant will provide support to the lettings staff and property managers and help deliver a high level of customer service to the landlords and tenants. Preference will be shown to experienced candidates, although, this will not necessarily be the deciding factor and they welcome applications from all professional backgrounds with at least 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.

The success within the lettings market and the high volume of properties under management is entirely down to the high standards of people they employ who share the ethos and vision and who are able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing challenges of the property market.

As a Lettings Administrator you will need to:

  • Be a clear and concise communicator, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate a proactive, optimistic and 'can do’ attitude
  • Show highly organised administration skills with attention to detail
  • Approach all tasks promptly, methodically and professionally
  • Be able to make decisions and work without supervision
  • Build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work load efficiently
  • Have advanced IT knowledge
  • Deal with all incoming enquiries with empathy with a desire to resolve issues
  • Ensure your work output is of the highest standard and accurate
  • Be able to influence others with a calm and reassuring manner
  • Remember to uphold and project our company values and vision
  • Be a conscientious and dedicated team member
  • ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)

The role is full time 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm.
