Lettings Administrator - Rayner Personnel : Job Details

• Propertymark/ARLA qualification is essential
• Up to £30k DOE - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

You’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the lettings process, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants alike. You may also be required to cover the other office location therefore use of your own car is essential to do this.  The Role:

• Preparing tenancy agreements, renewal documents, and relevant paperwork.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Coordinating property maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
• Managing tenancy applications and referencing processes.
• Assisting with general office administration and providing support to the lettings team.

About You:

• Propertymark/ARLA qualification is essential. Applications from candidates without this qualification will not be progressed.
• Proven experience in lettings administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in property software.
