Lettings Agent - Goodman Masson : Job Details

We are on a mission to bring all the empty properties back to the community through property guardianship - a sustainable and affordable solution for empty buildings.

We protect empty properties by placing working professionals from local communities into vacant properties. A Guardian protects the building 24/7 and brings back the community to life.

We are looking for a Lettings Agent on a permanent, full time basis, to grow our customer base with ideal property guardians .

This position is based across London, and offers hybrid working.

As a lettings agent, you will be travelling across different buildings, to conduct regular inspections and ensure the building is compliant. Our key goal is to make empty homes habitable again. You will be managing Client and Guardian relationships and targets through company KPIs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

• Arranging and conducting property viewings for residential licensees
• Vetting potential residential licensees
• Driving to and from viewings
• Achieving placement KPIs

Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in real estate
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Sales and promoting properties effectively
• Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management
• The ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information
• Good organization

Benefits

Base salary: £30,000 per annum, plus £10 commission per successful letting.
