Your leadership will drive the success of the team, ensuring revenue maximisation, growth in market share, and the development of exceptional client relationships. You will inspire your team to consistently exceed targets and deliver excellent customerservice.Key responsibilities:

• Increase market share: Drive market dominance in the area by securing the largest market share
• Maximise revenue: Lead the branch in revenue growth by increasing the property register and securing new instructions
• Client relationships: Build and nurture long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and strong recommendations
• Team leadership: Motivate and inspire your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and daily meetings to drive performance
• Achieve profit & targets: Ensure branch profit maximisation, meeting financial targets, and holding the team accountable for performance goals
• Lead generation: Foster a culture of proactive lead generation and ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in lettings, with a strong background in market appraisals and securing new business
• A target-driven mindset and a track record of success in achieving and surpassing goals
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a team
• A customer-focused approach, with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service and organisation
• Full UK driving licence and car, insured for business use
• The legal right to work in the UK
