Lettings Consultant - Hackney - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual with a flair for customer service and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
• Managing administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A charismatic and confident personality
• Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What We Offer:

• £17,500 per annum (3-month guarantee at £25,000)
• Realistic OTE for your first year: £30,000-£35,000 (uncapped commission)
• 10% of any lettings fees generated

• Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
