An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Shrewsbury.  

The successful Lettings Consultant will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.  

Lettings Consultant – Benefits  

• £24,000 - £28,000 salary dependent on experience

Lettings Consultant – Duties  

• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries
• Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback 
• Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants
• Handling Property Management and scheduling repairs
• Carrying out property inspections
• Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants 

Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed  

• Experience within a Lettings role is essential, whether this be Lettings Negotiator or Property Management
• Keen to progress and learn other aspects of Lettings
• ARLA qualification is highly desirable
• Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages 
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
