Known for delivering exceptional customer service, their team is supportive, professional, and experts in their area.Salary: £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experienceContract: Full time | PermanentWorking Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pmLocation: Office-based, full timeKey Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all lettings enquiries, meeting and greeting landlords, tenants and liaising with contractors.
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the office, assisting with all initial queries
- Tagging and de-tagging keys.
- Answering the main line calls, attending to voicemails, responding to emails and franking post.
- Facilities Management
- Assist other offices and Lettings departments if required
- Coordinate check-ins and inventory inspections as part of the move-in process.
- Handle pre-tenancy administration, including preparing tenancy agreements, conducting referencing checks, and managing move-in funds.
- Perform Right to Rent checks on tenants.
- AML checks
- Arrange and manage compliance-related inspections and certificates (gas safety, energy performance, EICR).
- Follow up on signed terms of business.
- Assist with preparing valuation packs for managers.
- Create and update property listings and window cards.
- Support the sales department and generate invoices.
- Contribute to marketing materials for residential lettings.
- Provide coverage for other coordinators during their absence or leave.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in lettings or property administration.
- Enthusiastic, professionally presented, and confident in client interactions.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in the property sector with a long-term commitment to the industry.
- Exceptional administrative skills and highly organised.
- Proficient with software and general IT solutions.
- Team player with a flexible attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and commercially aware.
