A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Birmingham estate agent as a Lettings Coordinator. My clients have an exceptional local reputation and are looking for somebody to support the lettings and property management teams with general administration.

• £25,000 basic salary plus commission

Lettings Coordinator Job Duties 

• Role model and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Follow best practice regarding the day to day support of the office 
• Ensure all admin is accurate and is available for all client meetings/contract signings/key collections as and when required 
• Ensure all systems are accurately maintained and up to date, particularly regarding key management and property security 
• Respond promptly to all incoming sales & lettings enquiries 
• Complete Right to Rent checks on all new tenancies
• Progress referencing paperwork and draw up tenancy agreements
• Offer admin support as and when required to help progress active lettings 
• Ensure the move in process is carried out in line with company procedure
• Carry out associated admin tasks relating to the lettings portfolio such as new listings and remarketing 

Lettings Coordinator Skills Needed

• Previous experience in working in administration and/or Lettings administration
• Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems 
• Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment 
• Knowledge of Lettings legislation is highly desirable
• Engaging communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to build rapport with clients 
• A well-presented professional with a confident, enthusiastic approach to work 
• Eager to learn and develop own skill set as well as supporting fellow colleagues with theirs
