Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Lettings Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire lettings process, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The Lettings Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the lettings department through effective management, strategic planning, and outstanding customer service. The goal is for this individual to grow and develop the department and as doing so take on growing responsibility and having large influenece within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct property inspections, arrange maintenance, and handle tenant queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate tenancy renewals, terminations, and deposit returns.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice to landlords on market conditions, rental values, and property improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns effectively.

• Administration and Compliance:

• Ensure all lettings documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and reference checks.
• Stay informed about changes in property law and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on lettings performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for senior management.
