Basic Salary up to £27,000 plus commission £45,000 - £50,000 Car allowance or pool car

Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager who can hit the ground running to join a small friendly team based in the Colindale area you will be focused on exceeding targets and working with a team to ensure your success!

Responsibilities:

• Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
• Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
• All legal aspects.
