Do you have excellent customer service and are looking for office career development?Juice is thrilled to be supporting a successful and well-established estate agency based in Trowbridge, in their search for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.You will act as the first point of contact for the agency managing clients face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically. Full training will be provided, with a focus on career development and an environment that enables you to excel.DAY TO DAY:• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner• Meeting with clients visiting the office• Responding to enquiries via e-mail• Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuation and viewings for both the sales and lettings departments• Booking of valuations and viewingsWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Experience in an estate agency or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential• A passion for property• Confident and professional telephone manner• Great attention to detail• Highly organised with brilliant time management• A full driving licence will be required and access to your own car to carry out viewingsAND FOR YOU:• Pension scheme• Commission pay• Fun, friendly office• Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm with every other Saturday off in lieuIf this sounds like the role for you, then please click apply now.
