Lettings Negotiator, Balham, LondonMy client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving estate agency in Balham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property, strong sales skills, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a database, registering and qualifying applicants

• Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice to prospective tenants.

• Negotiating offers with tenancy team and manager

• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Keeping up to date with local property market trends and regulations.

• Working towards and achieving personal and team targets.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in lettings (6-18 months is ideal)

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Strong organisation and time-management skills

• Knowledge of the Balham property market (desirable but not required)

• A valid UK driving licence
