Lettings Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

A  fantastic opportunity has arisen with a highly respected Estate Agency in Dereham , working as a Lettings Negotiator. The role is with a leading agent and the position offers diversity including negotiating, viewings and some property management. Our clients pride themselves on excellent customer service and the position will be dealing with mid – high end rental properties.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30 pm and alternative Saturday 9am – 3pm with lieu day provided.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic salary dependent on experience

• £28,000 - £35,000 OTE

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Lettings industry
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Driving licence

As a Lettings Negotiator  your role will involve:

• Registering potential tenants
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Dealing with tenancy agreements
• Negotiating
