Basic up to £18,000 - £22,000 Plus Commission (£28k OTE)

Driver and own car requiredOur client is currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator. An Estate Agency with over 6 decades of experience is looking for an individual to work within their Ealing branch, Are you eager to dive into the property industry and develop a robust skill set under expert guidance. The selected candidate will benefit from comprehensive training and full support will be provided in an environment where professional growth is highly encouraged.As a Lettings Negotiator, the role will involve engaging with clients, managing property viewings, and negotiating terms that align with the best interests of all parties involved. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the agency's sterling reputation by delivering outstanding service and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Your experience in the industry will tell you that most days you will be:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

About You:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
• A strong customer focus
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence
