Lettings Negotiator - AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an established independent Estate and Letting Agency in the Exeter area as an experienced lettings negotiator with on target earnings in the region of £28-29,000.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Generating, arranging, and carrying out lettings viewings
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
• Business generation - creating opportunities to increase the portfolio
• Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
• Assisting with Property Management when required.

The Company can offer a competitive salary package, excellent hours /and career progression.

Salary depending on experience but senior lettings negotiator in the region of £22-24,000 basic and £28-29,000 OTE. Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm finish and every other Saturday 9-1pm with time in lieu so a five-day week.
