We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join this expanding team in Maida Vale. This independent brand already have multiple successful offices across the this patch and have been established for over 30 years!

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new tenant
• Negotiate offers
• Maintain relationships with landlords
• Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
• Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements:

• Open to experience levels (including joining the industry)
• MUST have a valid driving license and own a car
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
