Join our team as a Lettings Negotiator at a leading residential lettings agency in Westbourne, Bournemouth. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Generate and book valuations, conducting market appraisals/valuations to secure instructed properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of our office.
• Grow the volume of new lettings business and income production for the branch.
• Support the Lettings Manager by directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
• Ensure high-quality customer care and meet exceed targets for lettings business.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
• Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
• Support and manage the overall success of the Lettings team.

• Prior experience as a Lettings Negotiator in a senior role, with a proven track record in securing new business.
• Listing and valuation experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• A full UK driving license.

• Competitive OTE of £30,000 with uncapped commission.
